All intellectual property rights attached to POTATO 2.0 are protected by applicable national, European and international laws.

Consequently: Any statement, allegation, publication, comment or dissemination of false, misleading, defamatory or deceptiveconcerning POTATO 2.0, its design, performance, origin, legal protection or commercial exploitation, whether carried out:

1. on social media,
2. on a marketplace,
3. on a website
4. in a private communication that was made public,
5. or by any other commercial or non-commercial entity,

Such actions will be systematically prosecuted, in particular on the following legal grounds and any other classification that may be retained by the competent courts.

This will immediately be considered a wrongful act engaging the civil and, where applicable, criminal liability of its perpetrator

• unfair competition
• commercial disparagement
• economic parasitism
• damage to reputation
