THE "SOUND OF HISTORY"
MANUAL IDLE ADJUSTMENT FOR HARLEY DAVIDSON FUEL-INJECTION (1995-2021/2023)

The truth about the idle speed of fuel-injected Harley-Davidson® motorcycles

Contrary to what some claim, there are two ways to adjust the idle speed on a fuel-injected Harley:electronically or mechanically.

To say that an idle speed below 1050 rpm would be impossible or dangerous simply does not correspond to technical reality.

For more than 20 years, systems like THUNDERMAX have already made it possible to electronically adjust Twin Cam engines below 800 rpm without mechanical problems or engine faults.

For our part, we have developed a 100% mechanical solution, Made in France and patented in the United States, which acts solely on the idle speed adjustment. Tests carried out by professionals and our users consistently confirm:

✔ Engine diagnostics OK
✔ ECU reading OK
✔ Oil pressure OK
✔ Battery charge OK

History also proves us right

The Evolution 1340s often ran below 600 rpm to achieve the famous potato-potato.

The first Magneti Marelli injection systems (1995) already had a mechanical idle adjustment screw.

engines Milwaukee-Eight have had their idle speed electronically lowered to around 850 rpm to achieve this signature sound.

So why all the criticism?

Often due to lack of knowledge…
or simply because some people are talking about a product they have never tried.

Meanwhile, hundreds of riders and professionals are already using it with satisfaction.

Before believing the rumors, look at the facts.
And above all… listen to your engine.
